How do i go about creating exploding text and an AFL goal kicking tutorial in Adobe Flash CS3?

I'm trying to make an AFL goal kicking flash video in Adobe Flash for school. I'm not that good at animating it. What i want to do is have a title at the start Goal Kicking.... and make the letters explode into different directions after a while.. How do i do this with the frames?





Would it be easy to animate the ball travelling through the air?

in this site you will find tutorials for almost everything, you can also download ready made flash things for free.





Second, if you are going to create this video from scratch then u should draw the setting separately on a program like adobe illustrator CS 3 or Photo shop CS3... you need to make every moving object in a separate layer. after you finish import the file to flash then use motion tween tool ( right click the object and select ';create motion tween';) ,,, you just need some patience and creativity to create it.
